    Superb

Location was excellent and good value for money

We were woken by rubbish trucks each morning at 5.30. Better sound proofing would be great. Would still stay there again.

Would be nice to have a coffee plunger and some sachets coffee

Great experience thanks. Perfect pad for 2 small boys. Staff at the Boulcott apts were very helpful storing luggage for our afternoon flight.

    Fabulous

location great and not bothered by traffic noise in the rear apartments. Great to have a private outside deck. Great shower but ran out of hot water after 3 morning showers. Comfortable stay for 4 adults. Well equipped. Easy access considering there was no reception.

    Fabulous

Serviced Apartment close to town value for money Had everything required to cater for family gathering and space for each of us to spend time alone Great to have the laundry facilities

Noise level due to some tenants socialising outside their units in the wee hours. Lack of air conditioning Blinds on skylight windows did not work

    Superb

The central location was fantastic and the apartment very comfortable and I would stay there again as long as we weren't in Room 20!

We were in Room 20 which had a very noisy restaurant vent on the outside wall which went most of the night making it difficult to sleep. I would not recommend this particular room.

    Very good

Location, privacy, value for money, cleanliness

Need more glasses!!!! Chopping knives. I asked about keys as it didn't mention about the drop box on booking sheet, staff I talked to didn't know anything about how to get my key!!

    Fabulous

Location, space of apartment, facilities in apartment

Could have been cleaner, very noisy with Hen Party on Saturday night and Karaoke late on Sunday night

Great location. Central to all shopping and very close to New World Metro for food supplies. Information Centre also only a short walk.

As there is no reception at Willis Village we were given a code for a lock box to obtain the key to our apartment. We arrived on Christmas Day and tried the code many times but were unable to get into the box. Eventually we had to call the number listed on the box and a security person came to open it for us and informed us the code had been changed! We were not the only ones caught out by this! The first unit we stayed in was Unit 9 and it was not up to scratch. It had an unpleasant smell and inadequate ventilation. The carpets were stained. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels and 2 facecloths were provided. There were not enough glasses, plates or mugs and one glass was chipped. The temperature upstairs in the bedrooms was at least 5 degrees warmer than downstairs, which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. So unpleasant that our son elected to sleep downstairs on the couch! We complained and requested to be moved. Eventually we were upgraded to a premium unit at no extra cost, thanks to the duty manager at Boulcott Suites which is part of the same group. This was of a much better standard and we were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our short stay. All in all a disappointing start to our holiday.

    Good

Location beds were comfortable large rooms plenty of space

Poor cleaning, found old socks and other rubbish near/under the beds, looked like it had not been dusted for ages, phoned up to ask about noise from fan outside bedroom, no one turned up. The fan was very noisy and did not turn off till 11pm each night.

    Exceptional

Apartment was clean and comfortable, much larger than we had expected, and when we needed assistance from housekeeping (see "what we didnt like" for details) housekeeping came quickly and sorted the issue.

We had booked two single and a double bed as there were three women staying, when we arrived there were two doubles, housekeeping bought a trundler bed for us.

It was in a good location.

The check in was difficult, as it was based on a lock box. The apartment wasn't that clean, and it was very stuffy. Also, there is no parking.
